I would like to purchase a phone case but my phone model is not available.

Currently our phone cases are only available for the following models and the available models varies for each design. Designs with phone models that are not shown are out of stock. Apple: - iPhone 7/8 , iPhone 7/8 + - iPhone X/XS , iPhone XS Max - iPhone XR - All iPhone 11 models Samsung: - S9 , S9 Plus - S10 , S10 Plus , S10 E - Note 8 , Note 9 Huawei: - P30 Pro
Is the casing hard or soft?

All of our Phone Cases have a soft backing.
My phone case does not look exactly like the images

Each case is made individually by hand and thus there will be slight differences from time to time. The colour of the product may also vary slightly due to lighting of the images. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can drop us a email at info@burningblooms.co and we will do our best to assist you
Will the phone case turn yellow?

Due to the nature of the materials used to make the phone cases, our phone cases may turn slightly yellowish after prolonged exposure to sunlight or dirt and dust. Thus we recommend that good care is taken and not expose your phone case to sunlight for prolonged periods.
Are the flowers real?

Yes, all of our products are handmade and we use real pressed flowers in all our products! Do not worry about the flowers withering with time, as they are sealed within the product.
There is a error with my order

Defect products: We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us at info@burningblooms.co. Wrong items delivered: We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. If the items you received isnt what you ordered, please contact us at info@burningblooms.co.
Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally, but we have plans to do so in the near future. Stay tuned!
Will i be charged custom taxes? (For international deliveries outside Singapore)

Some countries outside Singapore may require import taxes, duties and other related custom fees for the imports. These costs are not covered by the payment you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the customs office of the destination country. For further details, please contact your local customs office directly.
Can i self collect my order (Singapore Only)

If you would like to self collect your purchase, please email us at info@buningblooms.com and you can pick up your order at any of our pick up locations in Singapore.
How long does shipping take?

All of our products are handmade individually, thus orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive, especially during peak periods. However, fret not as we will begin producing your order at the nearest possible opportunity to ensure it is delivered as quickly as possible
Can i return my order for a Exchange, Refund? "

Refunds and Exchanges will only be entertained if there is a fault with your order. For more information, please see our Returns and Exchange Policy page. If there is no fault with your order but you would still like a Exchange/Refund, do drop us a email detailing the reason(s) and we will do our best to assist you.
Do you offer customised products for corporate events?

Daughters Of Tomorrow

Daughters Of Tomorrow is a genuine charitable organisation in Singapore that works with underprivilege women to empower them. We share the same beliefs as DOT and the proceeds from the "Daughters Of Tomorrow x Burning Blooms" Collection will go to Daughters Of Tomorrow with the beneficiaries being underprivilleged women that Daughters Of Tomorrow work with. The donations will be made on a bi-annual basis, or as and when the time is appropriate. Do follow us on our journey with DOT on our Social media (Facebook and Instagram) or our blog page.
