Returns & exchange policy
incorrect or defective items received
Each product is checked by a member of our team before being delivered. While we make every effort to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition, sometimes things can happen. If there is a fault with your item, either a defective product or you did not receive what you ordered, please contact us at info@burningblooms.co right away.
We will do our best to guarantee your satisfaction with either a exchange or refund.

For Exchanges: The faulty item will be exchanged for a new piece. In the event that the item is out of stock or not available, an item of equal value will be issued.

For Refunds: We will give a full refund for the price of the item at the time of purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

To be eligible for the exchange or refund, kindly email to us within 14 days upon receiving your order attached with images of the fault clearly. Any requests after the time frame will not be accepted.

The item has to also be received by us in its original condition, with packaging, tags (if any) intact.

Please note that defects do not include the following:
- Slight colour differences
- Slight differences in designs
- Minor scratches or stains

in general, any defects that does not affect the general outlook of the product will not be considered as defects.

Only orders with faults (defect or incorrect order) are available for exchange or refund. Any other reasons will not be accepted. However if you are still unsatisfied with your purchase, do contact us with the reason right away and we will do our best to assist you.
